ClipForge privacy policy

This page covers ClipForge accounts, the marketing website and the optional launch update list. Updated October 26, 2026.

What we collect

For an account, we store your email, a password hash, session records, account role, creation and login times. We store Forge Token balances, purchases, generation reservations, refunds and billing consent records. Uploaded media, briefs and generated videos are stored to provide your requested editing service when generation is available.

When you join, we collect your email address. Our system records a registration identifier, signup time, and the delivery status of the confirmation email and internal signup notification.

How we use it

We use your email to register your interest, avoid duplicate entries, send a signup confirmation, and contact you about early access. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription.

Services involved

The marketing website uses Cloudflare Workers and D1. Account and project records use our hosted application and PostgreSQL database; media and outputs can use Cloudflare R2. Stripe processes payments and saves payment methods for optional auto top-up. We store Stripe customer and payment references; we do not store your full card number. Payments use the Hire AI Assistants Stripe merchant account. Editing may process your brief and media through Anthropic and ElevenLabs when those features are requested. Do not upload sensitive material you are not authorized to share with these processing services.

The website and waitlist database run on Cloudflare. Email addresses and registration records are stored in the database, and confirmation emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. An internal notification containing the email address, registration identifier.

Website storage and the preview

The waitlist application does not set advertising cookies or use advertising trackers. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. The interactive editing preview runs in your browser with sample illustrations; it does not upload or process any video.

Questions about your registration

Contact prestonzen@kaizenapps.com for account access, data export, correction or deletion requests. Account and project data are kept while needed to provide the service; payment and audit records may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups expire. We do not sell your personal data.
